About me
I am Angelina Muñoz a Mexican American educator and curriculum specialist with over 10 years of experience in equity and education work. I hold an Oregon K–8 teaching license and have spent my career centering Black and BIPOC student experiences through authentic history curriculum and restorative discipline practices. As co-founder of Rooted in Power Collective Consultancy LLC, I partner with schools and districts to design professional development, audit systems, and build sustainable equity frameworks. I have led Latinx affinity groups, created student centered curriculum, and believe that meaningful change happens when teachers are equipped with both the knowledge and the tools to act.
