About me
Mike Caldwell is the Founder of LinkedLeaders, a national platform dedicated to accelerating the growth and effectiveness of K–12 school leaders through mentorship, collaboration, and professional support. Before founding LinkedLeaders, Mike spent two years as Director at Bluum, a nonprofit dedicated to improving education across Idaho. There, he mentored and coached charter school leaders, helping them design and launch innovative school models, strengthen leadership capacity, and scale high-quality practices that directly benefited students and families.
