About me
Tania conducts investigations for local education agencies, state agencies, city and county governments, and private employers. Tania’s investigative experience includes special education, Section 504, Title IX, harassment, discrimination, bias incidents, personnel, and work and school climate assessments. Her administrative experience includes special and alternative education, personnel, health services, policy development, bias reduction, trauma-informed practices, and working with special populations and families. She is trained in the use of the Forensic Experiential Trauma Interview (FETI) and the P.E.A.C.E Method for investigative planning and is an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder. Tania conducts investigations in multiple states throughout the USA.
