Lock in low registration rates early!
Cancellation policy: We understand that things change. Our cancellation policy is built from the idea that flexibility is important but that we also have guidelines that promote the well-being of our events and our other attendees. This applies to tickets only (there are no refunds for sponsorships). Because ticket revenues are used on expenses prior to the event, we scale the size of the refund because of direct, fixed costs incurred:
- For 90 days and greater from the conference date: 100% refund
- For 60-89 days before the conference date: 75% refund
- For 30-59 days before the conference date: 50% refund
- Within 30 days, no refunds, although the ORC3S will change out ticket attendees
